Topic: "Resource Estimating in the Real World of Construction Management"
Summary:
“Forecasting Regional Construction Markets”. The content will include discussion of the processes for projecting construction labor, materials, and equipment costs and, more importantly, methods for forecasting total construction price two to five years out. Focus is on economic and econometric modeling and trend analysis.and the govt’s processes for developing construction budgets.
